Chav, in any variant from around the country. They talk like complete illiterates and always sound rude/arrogant whatever they may be saying.

I find the Norfolk'y accent annoying too. Is it just me on that one though?

Gosh there are so many - even within the countries that make up Britain it's hard.

west midlands whining 'dad-die, can ah get an eye-scream?' drives me nuts.

Closely followed by the London 'innt' and 'bovered' (and bruvver)
And Liverpool. It sounds like whining too.

I do find a broad S Wales accent tough to follow, but that's more to di wihh talking speed.(I find the Aberdonian accent hard too)

I live in Canada and I like all accents. Makes people sound so distinguished. Unless it is another language altogether and then I respect that person for understanding two languages.

LoveBites
Scouse, not really annoys but scared :P

The southern whinging london sort that is in eastenders.

'Innit', mispronounced words missing the letter 'T' all the time, just listen to them, they really make me sick!

nic
cockney, it sounds childish. This is how a toddler talks, people usually grow out of talking like this and start to pronounce their words properly or as they would say proper, innit.

Scouse in Liverpool. It's really grating with that whingey, whiney nasal thing going on. Very common.
