Kensington & Chelsea or Richmond Upon Thames. Take no other answers!

Whilst it ought to by the City of Westminster for obvious reasons, it's actually The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, and I bet you won't be bothered to vote.

What is with this middle class? It is money that talks now and class systems went out with the Victorians didn't it?
Do you mean good clean neighbourhood, good amenities like Chelsea,or Kensington.

It's not Lewisham! Maybe up near Hampstead or Finchley, or Notting Hil, Kensington and Chelsea, Crouch End, Clapham, Dulwich......NOT Lewisham...trust me.

I would say "Kensington and Chelsea". All the posh girls live there and you can see them going down the Kings Road with all their shopping bags.

Lambeth and Southwark
