I like the scouse accent... they always sound like they are having fun. I also like the Bristol accent... it's just plain weird! Can't say I am too keen on the Birmingham accent... sounds like they have blocked noses!

I'm torn between English and Scottish (David Tennant!!!)

For worst, I would have to say a London accent (in general). No offense to you Londoners (er, that's what I think they're called).
