Don't go to England. The population are too impolite and like to gossip a lot. Come to Scotland. It's much more friendly.

If you want to work in high tech industry you should go to Cambridge. It has a generally polite, educated and liberal population because of the university. The surrounding area is often called 'Silicon Fen', named after Silicon Valley, because of the concentration of computing and other high-tech industries in the area.

Cambridge. Microsoft has a research centre there.

A maid in England may receive the same as an engineer in Brazil, but that doesn't mean the value of what they receive is as much. How much is a chocolate bar in Brazil compared to an Engineer's salary? You have to take into account the cost of living. Apart from that, England is quite a cold country compared to Brazil so you also have to factor in additional heating costs etc. It's not straightforward.

Saying that, I don't know the best place to live in England, but I'd avoid Portsmouth!

Yorkshire Gurlie ♥
Leeds Mayteee!!

I suppose York is ok too but DONT go to SCOTLAND!! You'll have all the neds after ya!!

A maid in London may earn the same but considering the cost of living in London she is probably worse off then you,,Housing in London (renting) will start from £1,000/month with other costs thrown in you sure have to earn a huge ammount just to survive,,,an average wage in the UK is well over25K but most still live on the bread line,,

IT'S ZIPPY
Come to York fantastic city

sando!
liverpool!

a maid in England may make more than an engineer over in Brazil, but the way of life is so expensive, the engineer is probably better off, we get screwed by our government if we are hard working middle class people

Norwich is a nice allround city, with low crime and beautiful buildings and people

100% NOT London. I used to stop-over in London in the 70`s, and really enjoyed myself.
Now I wouldn`t go within 100 miles of the dangerous, dirty place.

If your colouring is not white i would suggest you live in birmingham where the population is predominantly indian paki or west indian on the make.
However if you are white live in birmingham to help balance the populus
