Don't believe all that waffle you hear about it never stops raining here in UK. How else do people think we get to the shops?

Here are the weather stats for London.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/world/city_guides/results.shtml?tt=TT003790

As you can see from the above London weather stats, it only rains on average for less than half the time. Trick is to know when the days will be dry.

I've live here in London all my life since 1941 and can only tell you that the weather is unpredictable. You'd expect it to rain in April, but then it might not. Then we get into June and it buckets down.

Like the CIA website so clearly states, the UK is overcast for 75% of the time. What the heck do they know anyway?

Well Autumn hasn't been bad so far, I would say Late Spring/Early Summer, so June and July. That's my guess.
