I think that Starbucks does ~ as crazy as that is.... Try this site also - www.mappy.com. I know it can help you locate cash machines so maybe it can help with wi-fi.

There is a cafe on dean street (cafe Arlington i think), which has free wifi access.

most of places have wi-fi connection especially the coffee shops (starbucks, nero, costa etc ) and hotels, airports, big train stations etc
plus most flats/houses have their own wireless conections so you might pick up signal simple on the streets

Suburb - a cafe in neal's yard, near covent garden has wifi available.
The coffee there is very good as well.
