HM Revenue & Customs.

Here's the appropriate link:

http://customs.hmrc.gov.uk/channelsPortalWebApp/channelsPortalWebApp.portal?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=pageTravel_ShowContent&propertyType=document&resetCT=true&id=HMCE_PROD_008211

It gives the phone number and a confidential email address.

Good for you for taking a stand.

British Airways website will help..

Have you any information so they would know what to do?

Plus if you did you would be interviewed anonamously to find out if you are anything to do with it.

KamenRider
just call the airport would be good enough and which terminal and flight he would be on. Also i think he would be caught anyways unless hes an international spy

Police via CRIMESTOPPERS on
0800 555 111. It can be annonymous but you will need to leave fullest flight / time information.
From there it will be passed to country of origin, and they should stop them from flying.

If you leave YOUR details with Crimetoppers - your info will not be used to identify you.
