To be honest with you, I hate California. Too many illegal immigrants and everyone is fat. Perhaps London was too high class for you.

Don't forget that there are so many tourists in London that when you see guys that are ugly, they could come from anywhere. California even.

well ok, I guess you are aloud to hate london if you want. I loved it, and still do. Did you even talk to any of these people that you are accusing of being scary? Its not that bad. Like every city it has bad areas. You said nothing of the culture or history or architecture, so did you even see London. its a beautiful place if you just stop and look around.

Well, I've been to both London and California so i feel i can make a judgement on this considering i am unbiased because i'm an aussie and i have to say, i prefer London.
London has class and history, something i feel california lacks, unless of course you class disneyland as classy. Don't get me wrong, i didn't hate california, but i prefer london. I felt safer in london and i didn't think the guys were ugly at all, but saying that, i'm not a fan of that american look. Have you not seen some of those spunky men like Johnny Wilkinson, David Beckham?? They're seriously hot.
I found the people in California to be a little more "scary" than those in London. There were a fair few dodgy people, plus for all of us people from normal countries where you can't own a gun just for the sake of it, that always adds to teh scary factor in the USA.
Americans, generally speaking, seem to think they're pretty unreal and are quite loud and a little obnoxious and as a result, you probably weren't given a fair go in London so you wouldn't have experienced all the great things it has to offer.
So, i guess in response to your question, i don't hate London.

I disagree with your comments though rhere are things i dislike about London.
Things I dislike - too many tourists
Too much traffic
Everyone rushing everywhere pushing ans shoving especially on the underground
Dirty Air from traffic.

Loads of things to do and see
Plenty of History
Large and small Theatres
Diverse Cultures and restaurants
River trips
Parks
Shops and Markets
Bars and Pubs
I,ve had some great days out in london!

I also think California's better!! But I have lived in London and I liked it!! I didn't see any pedophiles, wasn't looking for any guy since I was engaged then and couldn't care less about their teeth!! Maybe you just went to a wrong part of London!

OC is the best though :o)
