I dont know, But i always find it really funny when ive been away from London for ages and i come home and go on the tube to work and the shear amount of wierdo's is amazing... rock on all the freaks with strange hair and funny clothes.wonky twitches and crrrrazy mannerisms |

Go to any major city in the world and I guaratee you will find just as many 'weird' people in each. I once went to Rome and a ragged old man was lying on the floor trying to sneak up on pigeons and grab them.
Also, it depends on your definition of 'weird', maybe us Londoners are just different to what you're used to.
