Big city, small mentality. People tend to stick to their own circle of friends.

Nothing to do with foreigners mate. They are often the most happiest people and if you are well travelled you would know. The problem is that with London's fast pace of life no one has time for anyone else unless you work with them or went to school with them. I know some people that don't even know their neighbours. I am a TRUE LONDONER and I grew up in the heart of the capital right near big Ben and all of that so I have a good idea about what I'm on about. Try joining a local club around your area such as football or something or even joining the gym. Bars are OK but only really if they are small and locally owned where you will meet regulars. Just don't try too hard and things will hopefully come your way.

Cos the good ones stay indoors while the lack of efficient policing allows the lunatics to run the asylum.....

Piztaker
To many immigrants.
Us true Londoners mix away from all that.
