Well as it's already today, it isn't Raining here in East Anglia,BUT it is extremely Windy.
Of Course it could Rain later,I have just been told it Rained during last night and early this Morning.
Perhaps we should have had Carnival here instead eh ????? although by the time you all got here it would be time to go Home.
