I would love to move to Wales. Probably not to South Wales but Pembrokeshire or Lleyn. I once spent a week's holiday in the Lleyn and I loved every minute of it ... the mist, the rain and the sun; the friendliness of the people and their patience with a non-Welsh speaking Saesnag.

I have also spent several holidays down the other end in Newport (Trefdraeth). The country round there is magic ... it seems that the Telwyth Teg just went out for the day and will be back in the evening. Legend there is just yesterday's reality.

Given the chance, I would certainly move to Wales, diolch yn fawr!

I don't believe it!
I would think about it certainly yes.

I would. Some of the most beautiful women in the world live there

thecharleslloyd

classicalmusic
Definitely, in the world map, it seems like a very attractive spot.

france or anything else but there
or i'll just stay right here in the ole USA

Im born in Wales and will remain in Wales

sparkleythings_4you
Wales is very beautiful, but having grown up in Scotland and endured the ignorance of people there towards the English ( I had to leave school because the bullying was so bad) then I would never consider moving anywhere like that again as the people are just racist. Whatever the problems were in the past with the English, this is History, move on and stop being so racist.

Neah. Most of Europe is too cold in winter. I got out fifteen years ago, and don't see any point on going back, unless there's a real lot of dosh involved a nd 6 months holiday every year.

I moved to South Wales (Bridgend) 6 years ago and love the place................however, not because of Wales or the Welsh, I am emigrating to Australia end of the year.
I would recommend Wales to anyone tho'. LOVELY LOVELY!!

Unfortunately, I would say no. My heart belongs to the United States of America and Israel. Although, my father's lineage is Welch.

If the Welsh became more accommodating to the English (and non-Welsh speaking) I may consider it one day... Its a great country: but the minority ignorant, spoil it for the majority!!!
