Would you rather live in Edinburgh or London?

Why? And don't say neither!

In my ideal world, I would have a regular flat in London, have a regular job, but have a weekend home in Edinburgh. Edinburgh is SUCH a beautiful, friendly city, but I love London too. It's a very difficult decision!

Gar
Edinburgh definately. I lived there for a year or so. It's an easy city to get around, it's beautiful!

Some of the people can be a bit snobby, but generally I made many friends.

London is too big and noisy for my taste.

Gotcha
Undoubtedly Edinburgh because it is a beautiful city, with style and culture. London is vastly over crowded and dangerous.

Edinburgh X102545.

London smells of feet.

Edinburgh, my home town, does not :)

I think that London is over crowded, rude and way to big for my liking.

Edinburgh is thee place to be

Edinburgh. London is overcrowded & overpriced.

I've lived in both cities.

I found the rudest people in the world are undoubtedly londoners but there is lots to do. Unfortunately the transport system sucks.

Edinburgh was very safe and very nice - the people are quite pretentious - but will certainly not ignore you or blank you like in London.

The weather is better in London - Edinburgh is very cold and grey in winter - but it is a better city to drink in - as pubs are very close together.

I found london quite dangerous but exciting.

Glasgow is better for clubbing and live music - Edinburgh is more a beautiful academic and financial center.

edinburgh!i was born n bred there and i love it(i now live in another part of scotland but would move back to edinburgh tommorow!)

After 46 years of London - maybe Edinburgh. And, yes, i know the famous quote and i AM tired of life !! (But unbeaten and unbowed deep down).

Nessie from Loch Ness
Edinburgh.

They are nicer, Londoners are either to cocky or there noses are to far up their backsides.

louise
Edinburgh, my family all moved to London but i love coming home its much nicer x

well actually having been to both i most certainly will say neither! My reasons for not wanting to live in either is i found them pretty much the same. Drunks in the street shouting abuse at others, dirty, smelly, unattractive places that wild horses wouldn't drag me back to.
