Hugh Laurie is really good at a fake American accent.
I didn't even know he was British until I saw an interview with him.
On a side note: I saw Hugh Laurie at an airport in Jamaica.
He was going back to London.
It was awesome, haha. And random.
Have you seen the movie "21"? Jim Sturgess (the main guy) is English, and his American accent is horrible. |

Americans fake British accents very badly, so much so, that it gives me a right laugh when they do it
i'm sure there are some Brits that can fake them, just as badly as an American trying a British accent
it's all good fun though :-) my girlfriend is American, and when she tries to immitate my accent, it's nothing short of comedy genius |

I like British accents. but I like any pretty voices. There are a lot of people I like to here talk... hummm... and most of them are men.
Was Cary Grant british? I like his voice.
Audrey Hepburn. I like her voice. That's one that's not a guy.
Bro. JJ - I liked his voice. He was a sunday school teacher.
Bro. JP and his wife - love to hear them sing. (miss 'em ;o)

I am British and my kids were born in Canada and they are great at doing a British accent.I on the other hand cannot pull off a good American/Canadian accent they kill themselves laughing at me. |
