i am still at school but i am in upper sixth and 18 and i get sick of younger kids playing loud music, shouting, standing on seats and talking back to you when they are 13/14, there voice is two octaves above mine and come up to my waist (im 6"5) i totally understand where adults are coming from but there are some good kids out there and in my day you wouldn't have dared do any of these things for fear of reprisal from the older children/parents/school....all the discipline has gone now i'm afraid to say

Gobby kids with no respect for adults, they seem to forget you have to give respect to earn it,,, :(

Yes, speaking of myself, I can personally say I NEVER behaved in the way which some students behave on public transport. I'm only 18 so I don't have to use public transport on a regular occasion as I drive, but sometimes when I head into town and catch the bus, there is always fights on the buses, kids saying words I never knew existed!
Also, another thing that irritates me is when little old ladies get on the bus with their shopping trolleys and all the kids take the piss and throw things at the elderly, when I see them doing that I make sure they never do it again!
Just to say: Not all kids behave in a disrespectful manner, so we shouldn't categorise all kids as being this way.

i cant stand it when those little chavs get on the bus, i dont mind the "normal" kids and teens but the chavs ARGHHHHHHHHHHH!! all that screaming and giggling!

yes i do even though i am a school kid. i especially dont like the ones who play music through their phones.

i've just started uni in London and with the uni bus, no one seems to wait for people to get off the bus, they just go straight on, even if theres no room.

Firstly; lots of them don't have a respect for anybody, not even them self. Secondly; they do not pay for their own transport, tax payers do. Thirdly; yes once I was one of them, but much more well behaved. And to sum it up get them on the special buses as far away from me as possible! No, it is OK. (Actually, I started walking from home two years ago instead of using public transport. I have realised it is healthier and much more pleasant as you do not need to put up with anything from above. I do not know who gives me a right to complain).

i used to use a bus from cambridge that kids got on to and they were little swines,no thought for other passengers.the trains are just as bad.cought a lift with a friend in the end couldn't stand the stress, i'm sure their parents would be mortified if they knew how rude they were to people

School children have a right to be able to use public transport in the same way you do. Remember children may be loud and talk a lot on the bus, but you were a child once and maybe you annoyed your elders.

im at skool, and we have a skool bus, so its more annoying wen other pplz get on our bus. Yes i am in the UK
