Your friend's dad will need to reserve the room in advance with the credit card. The question I have is if you will be able to obtain the room without an adult present. You're under legal age and cannot legally sign for the room. |

Hotels are going to require ID upon showing up and require at least one person be at least 18 (21 in some states). Unless an adult is going to be there too, they won't go for it. |

nope, you need a credit card to rent a hotel room, with a state-issued ID |

it won't happen. 15 year olds can NOT rent hotel rooms. The only way this would happen was if your DAD was to make all the arrangements, the bookings etc, and probably sigh a waiver .....Get your DAD or your friends dad to call the hotel and see what can be arranged. |

In California you have to be at least 18 to get a hotel so I dont kno about that...unless your parents will get you the room |

I dont think its a good idea and at least where im from the hotel requires an adult there but ultimatly youd have 2 ask your parents. |

your all underage, and are not going to be able to use a credit card unless someone is 18 yers of age. Minors , are usually not permitted without a guardian or adult present. if something were to happen or hotel has room damage, the parents of all involved will be held responsible and if the amount exceeds five hundred dollars, that's considered a felony charge and the police would be involved,, not to mention if alcohol is present. |

Nooo, I think you are way too young. Thing of what could go wrong- and would you be able to handle it. You need a responsible adult- even if it's in a separate room. |

No hotel will let you check in if you're under 18. Too many liablility issues. And many will require you to be 21. |

Your Friends Dad must be some kind of a nut. What do your Parents have to say about it. It only takes 1 and a half hour to get to Milwaukee from Down-Town Chicago, so if your already half way there why would you want to stay over night!!!! |

Sounds fun but a little dangerous.
It depends on the hotel, some only accept credit card, but if you go to some cheap one, they will probably let you pay with cash. I'd call the hotel you plan on staying at in advance and asking what their methods of paying are. My friend for her birthday party rented a hotel room and she all just partied in there, it was all a bunch of 16 year olds but it was her parents who did the paying. |

there is two different types of hotels:
some say an 18 yr old must check in and others say a 21 year old must check in, but either way you must have a credit card on your account in order in reserve the room period, so no you cant unless you have an adult check you into the room |
