Calm down, it's nothing to panic over.
Unless it's a water park, it shouldn't be a problem.
Bring an extra pad/tampon and some ibprofen. Wear shorts or pants that are modest enough that you won't accidentally flash anyone. You'll be fine. |

Just bring a pouch of some sort and stock it with pads or tampons. If you're really worried, just buy swimming shorts and wear them under your jeans/shorts. You'll be fine. |

Use a tampon! And don't sweat the small stuff. |

You have lots of good advice there, and in addition, can you carry all that in a waist pack or fanny pack so you don't have to have a loose purse?
PS I can't believe Obviousman even knows all about THIS!!! LOL! |

Seriously, no biggie.
This has never slowed Mrs. Obviousman and me at all. Like the ladies said, take along some extra protection, whether pad or tampon, and I would add an extra pair of shorts in your bag. You can always store it in a locker if you don't want to carry it. With the absorbancy in products nowadays, you really don't need to worry. And there are restrooms in every "land" for your convenience. It might be handy to learn where they all are.
Don't worry. With a little planning, it shouldn't slow you down too much at all. Have a GREAT time. The weather is supposed to be perfect. |

Don't freak out, just relax.. Take a Motrin beforehand or something to lessen any cramps. Carry extra pads with you in your purse, and check it every 2 or 3 hours, like you normally would. Here's a hint, though... if you're afraid it'll leak out from the back, try putting a thin (not any thicker than the ultra thin ones because then it'll show thru your pants) pad behind the one you normally put.. basically, to put it bluntly, running along your butt's line (or crack, hehe :o). Just have fun, don't worry about it.. what makes you worry about it in the first place? The leaking or pain or.. you can solve all those, don't worry. Just don't wear light colors. Go for black pants. Even if you leak, they'll never know. |

Just be prepared. There will be long lines everywhere, including the bathroom. I would wear a tampon & a pantyliner....just to be safe. Bring lots of extras because the dispensers are usually out...especially during peak visitor time. They all have lockers, so you can bring spare clothes, etc. Take some Midol...bring extra...and avoid caffiene (adds to cramps). Just relax & have a great time! |

Okay that really isn't anything to worry about. Wear a tampon if you use them remember to change it every 3-4 hours or wear a pad and change it when you need to. This is nothing to freak out over. You'll be fine take a purse or something to carry a pad or tampon in. Have fun & relax. |
