Yes, but mostly ladies (who are in dress coats). Guys are usually in layers (a marina or t-shirt under a dress shirt) and are fine without one for now.
When its time for gloves, (maybe 3 more weeks) you'll see them breaking them out their coats. For now, jackets are good. |

I'm from NYC and the answer is no, only when is really cold and dew to global warming that isn't often. So far what I've seen is sweaters and jackets. |

Yes, it was really cold for awhile. Yesterday it was raining like crazy and now today it's beautiful out but its supposed to rain again all this week. |
