Actually, the beach is all public. There are plenty of clearly marked places, some with parking even, to access the beach.

It's an AWESOME place. It's almost like another world! I wanna go soo bad. I haven't been in about 4 years. I'm about 3 hours from there. Everything is pricier there...but it's wonderful.
