If you're a US citizen, you'll have no problem. (Assuming you're not on parole or something that prevents you from crossing state boundaries.)

If you're coming from outside the US, I don't know. Sometimes countries will prevent ex-criminals from entering the country. You may want to contact the US Embassy in your country and ask them.

Once you are in the US, you are free to visit any state or city you want.

Not if you're still in prison. Otherwise, you're ok.

dudeSTFUimHOTT
depends....

Mace Windu
More and more Los Angeles gang members have been taking up residence in ol' Vegas.
And, come on, one of the most famous rappers ever, Tupac Shakur, was gunned down there.
Vegas has some seedy spots and seedy characters, so unless you are going there to commit some crimes, I think you'll be all right.

B
i think u will be fine!

Ankhesan amun
Dont think anyone can stop you from going there. How you behave while there is another thing. if it's 10 years ago, it shouldn't be a big thing.

yes there are plenty of criminals in las vegas i'm sure your welcome.

Mal
yeah. of course. everyone goes to las vegas and if you havent been conficted yet then you will if you go there.

Carol W
Sure. Why not?

There's no background check at the Welcome to Las Vegas sign. Just don't get into trouble here. We're not fond of tourists who come here ripping and robbing.

Have fun while you're here and be sure to see all the sights and do all the fun stuff.

Of course, there is a prison not far from Vegas, where do you suppose parolees go.
Most get out in 18 months. of course you have to be in the USA legally.

nas88caror 300 09? way to go BK!
if your from the states it should be no problem
if your from another country and if you have a passport., you should be ok

im sure you are i mean theres no backround checks to stay at a hotel. on the other hand if your trying to get in the us to go to vegas you could have problems getting a visa.

This town was founded by the mob. Criminals come and go here all the time but .... it's still like it was in mob days. You come and have fun but if you cause trouble ... bye. The police here think this is still the old west .... shoot and then ask questions.

Smashley
oh yes. they don't care who you are or what you've done, so long as you're losing money. or spending it. :)
by you saying "holiday" and not vacation i assume you're european, be sure it's a resolved criminal issue or they might not let you out of the country, or worst case, into this one.
