Disney allows it! Although for those travelers who are under the age of 18 it's not a bad idea to get their parents to write a letter and have it notorized that says they grant permission to stay with you (for emergency purposes). |

TRUTH IS RELATIVE

Every Hotel has different policies for age check-ins. You will prob. need to have a credit card to check in though. Also just to let you know, hotels usually make things hard for young people checking in. |

YES and you would be responsible for the room and the people with you. Have fun. |

It depends. Some hotels require you to be 21. If your parents book it ahead of time you can definitely do this. Check the age for the hotel.. if it's 18 you'll be able to do it without a problem!
Tip: Pay with cash if possible. Since you're young you might break things in hotels like I always do and if you leave a card with them they will charge your card to repair things but with cash they can't do that. |

You are an adult. You can do what ever you want. You do not need permission, but your underage relatives do. You could get into trouble if you take them somewhere without permission from their parents. Congratulations on becomming an adult. Please make your decisions wisely. Good Luck. |

it depends on the hotel. i know that choice hotel managment sets their own requirement on this. if it's in certain areas they will and won't. choice hotels are suppose to be age 19 to check in i believe. i don't think any hotels would have a 18 yr old allowance, at least not in the united states. usually 19 or 21. and usually if you're 19 and checking in, then everyone else has to be 18 or else then you need someone who is 21. |

the teens are all going to the shore after prom. They're all 18 or 19 and had no problem getting rooms. |

Shayla D

yes you can because the law counts you for an adult, so you can go to a hotel without their consent. |

Yes, you are 18, which is an adult, but I DO NOT suggest taking such young girls with you. If they do anything stupid you could be held responsible since you are the adult.
See there are ups and downs to it. |

Yes you will be legally an adult at 18! But remember, you will also be responsible if something happens! ...under age drinking, drugs, under age sex, damage to the room, ect. |

Call ahead. Some hotels do require you to be 21. Most hotels also require you to present a credit card at check in for an imprint for in room charges, theft or vandalism.
Don't just assume that because your parents have called and made the reservation that you can check in. Make sure that the hotel is aware than it will be an 18 year old with two minors. That way if they will not allow it you aren't stranded without a room. Also find out if they will require you to have a credit card at check in and if it is your parents if they will allow you to sign for it. You may also need permission from the credit card issuing bank for this as well.
It seems like a lot of hassle, but much better than ending up without a place to sleep. |

Yep, as long as it is not a Casino/Hotel. If it a Casino-you must be 21. |

As long as you are 18 you can book and check in at a hotel. |

Each hotel has different policies, so make sure the hotel you choose allows 18 year olds check in. I know the hotel I am staying at in December requires that you be 21 years old. |
|

?

well you are an adult so yeah even though i might caution against it as you are still pretty young. |

most hotels won't let you book a room without a 21 + approval. you can stay without one but you will need someone to vouch for you who is of age. some hotels even require you have a 24+. |

You really shouldn't have any problem. However, just keep in mind that some places require you to give them a credit card number just as security. |

yes. at 18 you're an adult. you just need to show them your ID, not a credit card or birth certificate. |
