Disney World. There is the Cinderella castle. Which is gorgeous. I think it is bigger too. It will cost less money to get there because it is closer to Georgia. It also has a lot of celebs coming to visit it! Like the Jonas Brothers went on rocking roller coaster. I don't know if there will be any when you go though. They are all pretty busy. But maybe if you are lucky there will be one there! There are parades daily and usually fireworks. It has amazing food, rides, entertainment, shops, and hotels! You would be an amazing sister if you take your sister to ANY Disney park. And, I am sure she will be grateful to whichever one you choose. But, I recommend Disney world! |

Disney World is bigger and better. Plus its closest to you. Think about the airfare to CA. Don't get me wrong I love Disney Land but "World" has it beat! Have FUN, and be SAFE! |

OK well since you live in georgia i would say disney world. ITs great and fun. Especially at 9. But you know some times things are really booked. You might end up having to go to california. BUt they are both really great, I love disney. Makes kids so happy

Disney World, because its closer to where you are and also has a lot more rides. Also, there are the other parks around Disney World, like Epcot, Animal Kingdom, MGM, Blizzard Beach, and Typhoon Lagoon that you could take her to as well. |

Go to Disney World.
First off, it's one state away in Georgia.
And, it's just a better park. There is a better selection of resorts and many more attractions and theme parks. It's just a better park overall, and if you go, you'll see what I mean.

georgia is closer to florida, so i'd say disney world. unless you or your sister really wants to go to california, i'd say go to disney world. |

the folorida disney world is so much better in the aspects of size and rides and things to do on the site. while disney land is more limited in things to do inside the park but has all kinds of stuff outside all around california. but over all disney WORLD is SOOOOOO much better!!!! |

Go to Disney World. It's closer to you, so you could probably just drive there, rather than fly which is very very expensive. Not to mention World has a LOT more than Land, and is a heck of a lot more fun. |

Disney in Florida is definitely a lot closer...only a day trip in the car from Georgia. If I were you, I would go to Florida, and make it a mini-road trip.
Disney in Florida also has an Island that you can going camping on, for only $41 per night (Fort Wilderness).
Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon are the water parks,
The regular parks are Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Epcot. If you buy park hoppers, which you definitely have enough money for, you and your sister could go to all of the Disney Parks.

Disneyland has had many improvements lately & it is the original magic kingdom after all...but considering your budget & your location, I'd say you should go to Disney World instead. Just as much fun without all that unnecessary traveling...not to mention the expenses that come with that traveling...Besides, she's only 9...she'll have fun reguardless! Enjoy yourselves! |

There is TONS of rides for her, and it's closer for you to go to.

Disney World! Disney World is much bigger and 6 parks in one! Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Typhoon Lagoon, and Blizzard beach. Disneyland is just lone park. Plus you live a lot closer to Orlando, Florida, (location of disney world) then you do to Los Angeles, California. |

I say neither one. They are both overrated attractions and very expensive. But I'd go to southern CA before I'd go to Orlando any day. Much better attractions there. |

Disneyland! It is classic and far more disney for youth. Disney World is more for adults, I think. I remember loving Disneyland as a child, because it has the Seeping Beauty castle and the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. I think that the whole thing is better because it was actually built by Walt Disney, so it's more sincere. |

I liked Disney World's Animal Kingdom. It was very nice and suitable for a 9 year old. There were was a cool roller coaster themed from Mount Everest. It was fun to go on. It's not one of those upside down ones. You can go on a safari train ride. That was cute. It was very realistic like an African atmosphere. They have a parade which was nice. The areas of the park are set up from different themes such as Medieval England, Egypt, Africa,...just different part of the world. I recommend it. |

in my opinion, Disney Land is better. they have great theme parks and it's a lot of fun for people of all ages. my little cousin is nine and my aunt took her there and i went with them. she had the best time ever. i'm 13 and my aunt is 35 and we had a great time too. Fantasmic! is a great show too! |
