I hate to contradict others, but both are not held everyday.
Illuminations at Epcot is held daily at 9pm unless it is canceled due to weather (very rare).
Wishes at the Magic Kingdom is not held nightly. The schedule for Wishes depends upon the time of year. Sometimes it is held nightly, sometimes only a few times per week. Also, if there is a party at the Magic Kingdom, Wishes often is not shown. The park closes for the party and party guests get special Fireworks.
If you are concerned about seeing all the great evening entertainment, you may want to hire a service to do your itinerary and touring plans. We used Custom Mouse Plans and they were great! They made sure that we saw all three evening entertainment options and that we had great viewing spots for each! Also, the plans they made kept us out of the long lines for the rides. We never waited more than 10 minutes for any ride!

The Dreams Come True Parade and the Disney Wishes Is also on every day

The only thing that is on every day is the Spectro Magic, its on alot but not every day ( It is a huge parade with the LED lightbulbs on the floats, it is at night at like 8 or so, i would DEFINETLY Plan a trip to the magic kingdom around it because its so amazing, and im a dude and i would much rather go on Pirates or Space mountain 1 billion times, and i do, but even i sat down to wach this magnificent parade)

Yes and yes. The fireworks at each park go off at close. For Epcot's Illuminations fireworks that is 9pm each night. The Magic Kingdom fireworks show "Wishes" goes off at 10pm, right after the Spectromagic lighted parade.

I have included a link to the Disney website calendar. You can go on and check the times for all the parades and fireworks shows that are scheduled for each day. All the parades are each day as well as the fireworks, however keep in mind that if you visit in the off season this may be a little different. Check the Disney operational calendar for sure, you can check the times and schedules for each park.

Yes, they are. The parades at Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, & Animal Kingdom are everyday too. The only thing that is not every day is at the light parade SpectroMagic at the Magic Kingdom. You'll have to check which days it runs when you get there or call Disney directly to get more information - 407.939.6244

Illuminations is based on weather, but rarely canceled. Otherwise, you can count on them daily. Parade and other show times can be found as you enter each park. There will be a daily schedule next to the park maps.

yes the illuminations reflection of earth fireworks at epcot, wishes fireworks at magic kingdom, and fantasmic fireworks at hollywood studios are on every night.
but depending on what time of year you are going they may happen at different times of day.
in the summer since its lighter later the firworks don't happen until 9:30pm-10pm.
in the winter time since it gets darker earlier the fireworks happen at about 7pm-8pm.

and yes magic kingdom, hollywood studios, and animal kingdom have parades everyday.
but depending on what day you go you may not see the same parades as the parks have a few different parades that they do.
for example hollywood studios has "stars and motor cars with vilians" parade and "high school musical pep" parade and they usually switch them up everyother day or so, so depending on what day you go you will only see one or the other and sometimes they have them both in a day.

*note that animal kingdom doesn't have fireworks shows and epcot doesn't have any parades.

The illuminations fireworks experience at epcot is nightly at 9pm.
Wishes Nightime Spectactular at Magic Kingdom occurs nightly at 10p.m. There are parades daily in all parks except epcot. Magic Kingdom has the Disney Dreams Come True Parade at 3:00 pm daily, and the SpectroMagic evening parade at 9:00 pm, and 11:00 p.m. Disney's Hollywood Studios has the Block Party Bash at 3:00 p.m. daily as well as Fantasmic show nightly at 9:00, and 10:30. Use the link below click on the park then which date you are planning to go to that park it will tell you what time parades/ fireworks start and which rides will be closed.

Epcot will always have its fireworks every night at 9 except during the holidays. check for MK

yes the fireworks are every night.

some parades are cancelled during the offseason and on the least busy days, like tuesdays and wednesdays.

if youre staying at a disney hotel, your best bet is to call the front desk at your hotel and ask.

if youre not staying at a disney hotel, get a times guide when you get to the park. it'll have the parade and the time on it.

oooo and on the park maps, you'll see a line of red dots on the sidewalks, and that shows you the parade route.

Yes Illuminations is a fireworks and laser show at Epcot held nightly, and can be seen from various spots along the World Showcase. Some of the show takes place in the middle of the lagoon, so you want to try and be somewhere along the water.

Yes, Wishes the fireworks are everynight at the Magic Kingdom. Same thing with that, there is a cable from the Castle to Tomorrowland that Tink flies on, so you want to be around there to see her flight.

The parades are also eveyday. Make sure you get there early, because the spots along the parade route get crowded quickly.

MGM has a fireworks/character act called Fantasmic that runs twice nightly. The seating for this performance are on bleachers, so you do not have to sit on the ground.

Animal Kingdom does not have fireworks, but does have a parade. AK park usually closes early, so if you have a park hopper and jump over to another park to catch their fireworks show.
