Disneyland Paris or Disney World Florida whats best??

Hi,

I've been to both (I actually live in Paris suburb...) and indeed the rides at Disneyland Paris are much better than the ones in Florida. Which is normal as they're newer.
Big Thunder Train is faster in Paris, Space Mountain in Florida can't even begin to compare with the one in Paris, even Small World is much more beautiful in Paris, etc...

BUT, you can't compare the whole Disney area in Florida and 'only' the two parks in Paris (Disneyland & Disney Studios)... even if Disneyland Paris is bigger than Magic Kingdom.
In Florida, you have several theme parks, water parks, dozen of hotels, etc... so indeed, the immersion is total. And, mechanically, there are more rides in Florida (I miss Soarin'...). Moreover when you add Seaworld and Universal...

So, my opinion is that the 'magic' is much more efficient in Florida. But the rides are much better in Paris... when they exist there.

Been to both and certainly preferred Florida, I have more memories of the Florida trip than the Paris one so it seems to have left a better mark

WDW has more to offer, but the Magic Kingdom in Paris is more up to date. Some of the stuff in MK WDW dates back to the 1950s and was imported there when it opened.

The benefit of Paris is that is is so much easier to get to, and you can do things other than theme parks.

i have been to both and florida wins hands down .infact i would not bother to go to paris again it does not have the same magic

The good climate in Florida is the deciding factor, Paris is not reliable for good weather and it rains a lot as it does in most of northern Europe, that's why its so green, and that has its own charm.
I would rather go around in a pair of shorts and t shirt rather than a rain coat, also the Epcot centre is very good.

The same I think. Don't they have the same rides? I think so... though for some reason I can't find the Star Wars simulation rides when I was in Florida. I think many of the rides in Florida are older than those in Paris, so that's why DL Paris could be better. However, Florida has many other Disney-featured parks that're unique to FL only...so it's pretty nice.

Ive been to both and without any doubt Paris is better.... reasons for this.
Not as busy
Despite in France good English Speaking from every staff member
Rides are of a better thrill and quality
Cleaner
Alot more Public friendly
Travel and Accomedation
Weather isnt to cold and isnt to hot and anyone that says Paris is Cold is wrong as i got Heat Wave hehe
People who say that Florida is better have never been the Paris

hi never been to the paris one but been to florida 5 times its not just disneyland try bush gardens it fab

i just think the whole american experience is better... i go to disney to be told to 'have a nice day' and get the whole cheesy american thing... also the weather is better there!!!
