I assume you mean in vegas all buffets include drinks just not ones with booze in them. The exception is the weekend champing brunches which do include those drinks. Every breakfast buffet in Vegas I have ever eaten at includes juice. Again I am assuming you mean Breakfast buffets in vegas at the major hotels |

No, drinks are not usually included in the buffet. Coffee and soda refills are free. You might have to spend an extra buck. Now, I am not saying that you won't find an all inclusive place because they do exist. Now if you want alcohol, you can get those free without buffet while gambling. As long as you are playing slots, cards, video poker at the bar you will not be charged for drinks and I am guessing coffee and soda but have never ordered those. I know your question pertains to non-alcoholic drinks but while I have your attention. On the strip which is where all of the newer hotels are it can be difficult to get drinks. They are kind of stingy that way. Best bet is to play Keno, which is like lotto with more numbers and you drink for free and don't spend a whole lot of money. Downtown is where you will find that it is easier to get drinks and faster service too. They even still have slot machines that pay off in coins instead of a paper receipt. Now looking at the question I see Las Vegas so that was my focus and you just wanted to know about non-alcoholic drinks which my expertise would be at the bar. Anyway if there is something particular you are looking for in Vegas, I might remember but as a general rule if you don't book yourself into an all inclusive resort or hotel then you should plan on tipping and buying drinks. Hope that Help.

You didn't mention Where ...
In family style restaurants, such as Country Buffet or Hometown Buffet ... yes both are included.
At many resorts in the Caribbean, coffee is normally included but carbonated beverages (soft drinks) are only included depending on the property.
This is because some properties open cans or bottles of soft drinks and then charge for these and that can be expensive. I had sodas at a resort recently and was charged $3.00 per drink; which was basically the cost of a drink from the bar. I was told this is because a soda is considered a served drink from a bar at that resort.
Other properties include soft drinks as they are available from soda fountains.
If there is a charge for carbonated beverages, other beverages are usually available for no charge in their place. For example, lemonade or iced tea. |
