depends on the hotel, sometimes no age sometimes 16 and sometimes 18.

if you pay them for the night before you stay you should be fine

In most hotels they will take bribes

nope. LOL i love the first answer. but really it just depends on the hotel they can say yes or no if they want, but really if you can pay, you can stay

It's against the law in any state to rent out hotel and motel rooms to minors. You have to be an adult (18 some states and 21 in others). You also would need to show a valid driver's license, and in most hotels a current credit card.

no i think you have to be 21

Chrys
you have to be 21 and have a credit card...just like renting a car.

Mark C
Not usually a legal requirement but many hotels won't rent to you if you're too young. They usually ask for a credit card as security as well or a large cash bond.

Sounds like someone's up to no good. This is why you get involved with someone older so they can get the room. LOL I'm just kidding of course....(kids please do not go to hotel rooms with strange older people!)....Yes you do. They get your liscense plate number, drivers liscence and everything. Guess you'll have to be more creative....

not with Quikbooks! You just need to have the money. It's fast and swift. Try http://www.linkbrander.com/go/48001

Shawnyâ„¢
Yes, and most of the times, they won't let you get a room seeing that you are young and they don't want any trouble. They will instantly say No, but when someone older, or with a family, they have no problem giving rooms.

absolutly..................................

You definitely don't have to be 21 or have a credit card.

..My fiance paid cash one day he came up to visit me from out of town...I'm not sure about the ID though. (My fiance has one and was 18 at the time)

When you call around, tell them you don't have an ID (Say it hasn't come in yet or something) and see what they say. I'm sure you'll find someone who doesn't care.
