Do you like Walt Disney World?

Why or whynot?

Yes indeed! I like it for a few reasons.

1) The magic lasts. What I mean by that is all the Disney employees are friendly and patient. No matter where you are in what park, you'll be greeted with a smile.

2) The parks are clean. Can't say that about some of the other Orlando area attractions.

3) The Disney resorts are wonderful and the internal travel (bus, water taxi, monorail, ferry) is efficient and pleasant.

4) The parks themselves are fun! I like EPCOT and Animal Kingdom the best, but I know others who adore MGM and the Magic Kingdom.

5) The character dining is so much fun!

The only thing I dislike are the prices. I can understand the entrance tickets (I may not like them, but I understand them). But the prices for a bottle of water are outrageous. I think the water at least should be much less expensive.

OK, I am biased -- I used to work at Disney in the Magic Kingdom. But I use the Disney standards when visiting the other parks in the area and they all come up short.

That's why I like Disney World!

I love Disney for many reasons. I love the magic that it gives, as you drive under the big "Welcome to Disney World" sign, you immediately get transported from real world to a Magical World. Disney really knows how to transport the grumpiest of adults to becoming a kid again and really enjoy themselves once more. Second, the castmembers that work there are the best in the business. They go out of their way to make you and your family as if you were the President or someone of much importance. From the parks to the resorts and Downtown Disney, Castmembers treats you like not just a human being, but a special one. Another reason is because Disney is always coming up with new technology to make their guests get the best experience as possible. They are always refurbishing older attractions or coming up with new ones to keep up with the times. Also, Disney is not just for kids anymore. Sure 98% of it is kid/family friendly, but they do have spots were adults can enjoy some alone time such as Pleasure Island, a few bars at Boardwalk, upscale dinning such as Victoria and Alberts, the Spa at the Grand Floridian, and specialty cruises. Disney is a great place to have your honeymoon or to celebrate an anniversary. I could keep going on and on with all the wonderful things about Disney, but it would end up being a book. However, these are a few of the things I really Love about Disney.

its the happiest place on earth...literally
once you enter Disney World your no longer in the Real world you in a world where dreams really do come true and anything is possible if you want it bad enough....the disney cast memebers who work there go that extra mile to make sure you have the best time ever when your there...at Disney World anyone can be a kid again and it feels wonderful you will make a lifetime of memories there...the magic really does last...when you leave your gonna wish you wwere back there its an Awesome Place I Love It :)

I went there for the first time with my fiance last year , i knwoi we are adults but i truly felt like a kid there, It was so magical although we were so tired every nigh from walking, i felt i needed another vacation just to rest when we got home. It is an absolutely magical place though, the people ar efriendly and everything is just so beautiful and fun. As for the prics, they are a tad high but if you book with a meal plan you wouldnt even feel how expensive everything is.

Yes, my husband and I took our boys and my mother-in-law and had a great time. There is something for everyone to enjoy. However, it is expensive to get into the parks. Buy the park hopper options because you can always go back to a park if you missed something (and you will miss something).

Ms.Hockey!
I love Disney world!! I have been going for the past 16 years. I am 22 and I go about 2 a year. My family started going when I was 7 and we all got hooked ever since. There is so much to do at WDW and it never gets old. It is always changing and always magical. The atmosphere is so great, its for kids of ALL ages. There is something to do for everyone. Disney is always changing and keeping up with the times to keep everyone interested. They are always thinking of new things to entertain people of all genders, age and race. Its wonderful place to go, you can learn and have fun at the same time!!! They are in tune with everyone needs and also very aware of the economy and the environment. They do things to preserve the environment and research to help keep it stable. They are also a very charitable company! Disney is an all around great corporation and place!

Yes it is pricey to go but WORTH IT!

It really is a place where dreams come TRUE!

In small doses, yes. But since I live in Orlando I tend to be somewhat biased against WDW, because life in a "tourist mecca" sucks.

I LOVE Walt Disney World, we go twice a year. We just went this past weekend and it was so much fun, and we are going back in September for a week. I love everything about Disney, its just a great place to be. For those who hate it, they must have gone at a bad time.
