Yes-all my life! I'm a 6th generation Kansan. There are some things I don't think I'll ever like about Kansas (namely tornadoes), but I loved growing up in a rural community where you know everybody, and it was (and still is) safe to play outside. The major downfall to living in Kansas now is trying to find a good-paying job w/ my soon-to-be masters degree in history.

Yep, in the suburbs of Kansas City, I love it here! Everyone thinks Kansas is so boring and the middle of nowhere but it really isn't.

I did for 10 years, and I loved it. I love the prairie! I live in a crowded icky place now, and miss Kansas a lot. It's pretty where I am, but it's grown so much.
People are friendlier in KS, I think. And they drive better. Everyone thinks they always have the worst drivers, but KS ones are so polite--they'll let you in when you merge or change lanes. I say this even tho I was in a really bad accident in Wichita! They don't ride your tail as much. I lived in SW Kansas for 2 years--I didn't like that as much as the 8 years I lived in eastern KS. SW KS was OK, but I really love the green rolling hills of eastern KS. I think Wichita is ugly, though.

Yea.... flat.dry. end of story. jaja, but theres also very friendly ppl. where i live, you can leave a 2007 avalance outside unlocked , 7 boxes of Home Interior Merchandice for a week outside, leave your door half open and unlocked for a couple of days while ur out, and its pretty safe to walk around town at night. of course most of those are stupid things to do but hey, accidents happen! but mostly i really like it, but sum times, Kansas can be a pain in da butt.

Yes, I have lived in Northeast Kansas, in and around the Flint Hills, for my whole life, all 16 1/2 years of it!

I think it's beautiful, personally. People are nice, and the towns are great (though Wamego is on an OZ kick, that gets annoying). You so rarely see tourists around, that it's like a wonder and it's so interesting when you get to help them out with something, or reccommend them a place to eat. It's especially beautiful in the hills around late may to early june, because the grass turns green.
