I prefer the beach, however I do like both. There's something so special about the peaceful calm of water and even when the waves are breaking and splashing, the sound is incredibly soothing.

I love the beach (I live in FL) but I love the mountains too so we bought a vacation cabin in the North GA Mountains of Blue Ridge!
Now I have the best of both worlds!!!!

i live in southern california and surf all day....so of course i am gonna say.......BEACH!!!but the mountains can be very relaxing.

they are scenic...
enjoy a hike up a mountain and then you can ski down!!!!!

Beach!! I live in an area surrounded by mountains so I appreciate a nice flat beach! It's much more relaxing and I love the tropics so much more than mountains, probably because I'm used to mountains! Always want what you can't have, right?

If I had to choose one I guess it would be the mountains.

I lived in the mountains for 10 years and I still prefer the beach. I also love summer the most. In the mountains the summer is shorter so that plays a factor why I prefer the beach.
