Well, I would like to live but on the nice part of LA.
I live in Compton, 10 blocks from LA City limit. Beverly Hills is not LA. Though, I would like to live like on the West Side of LA. |

Best answer EVER:
List of the 10 worst things about LA, by Chieromancer:
1. The endless amount of sunshine, blue skies, and strong breezes mean we have to spend a lot of money on sunglasses, hairspray and window blinds,
2. Hundreds of miles of freeways mean we can get to anywhere without the convenience of stop lights and toll booths.
3. The housing boom means our parents who bought houses when we were kids are now sitting on a million dollars of real estate and are now cashing in and are spending our inheritances.
4. We are all soooo bored! There's never anything to do here!
5. Being able to go surfing in the morning and skiing in the afternoon is a bloody drag!
6. Jobs are few and far between and they don't pay well. Especially in the entertainment industry. Afterall, it's not like we have Walmarts!
7. Lack of snow, hurricanes, tornadoes, thunderstorms, locusts, gets really, really monotonous after awhile.
8. Don't bother even considering plastic surgery. No one here does it.
9. You will be murdered on your way to the supermarket or standing in line as Disneyland. In fact, I'm being murdered right now.
10. Being the city with the most the most diverse population in the country means we are forced to live, work and socialize with people who are not exactly like us. |

I live just outside the city and its a wonderful place to be! Most southern California is incredible... The only thing that bothers me is the Earthquakes and a mass flood of illegal immigrants from over the border. But the weather, the people, the wide array of activities-there's no place else in the world that has it "all" like it does here. |

I moved there from Florida in 1965 (big mistake). It wasn't so bad in LA then. I moved to Orange County in 1972 and left southern Cal in 1987. I wouldn't live there again if somebody paid me to do so. I had to go to a hospital in Beverly Hills last February. At 5:30 am the freeways are packed. No, thanks. |

No. Because that is where I live. LA County born and raised. That was all I knew. But, I need a change. If it is God' s will, get me out ASAP! |
