i think u are crazy to think this.. i lived in sacramento calif for 3 years, the oonly job i could get was a security guard , over 40 in calif is no blessing. i moved back to florida ,, i can get good quality cars at a fairly cheap price i work close to home and make about 600 a week and sometimes more.. talk about ignorance what has fast food restraunts got to do with GOD loving calif>. they are of little nutritional value , forest fires are frequent in calif taxes are high and so is insurance .. seems to me u need to think it through more before opening your mouth.
/ i hear about traffic pile ups 30 cars and more due to negligent drivers going to fast in foggy conditions,, this too you dont address very well.. before speaking in ignorance engage your brain friend!!! |

Ugh! You couldn't pay me enough to live in California. I've been there on trips, and I can truly say it is a "nice place to visit but I wouldn't want to live there"!
Too many nut-cases & celebrities & wannabes!
I've actually been anticipating His wrath and judgment on that area for awhile now--wouldn't be a bit surprised to see a giant earthquake and/or tsunami break the whole thing off into the Pacific! And they have had their share of problems with the wildfires and illegal immigrants, etc. |

one super cool thing about eureka is the redwoods though.

SO what if they got good eateries, trains, music.. but I bet ya one thing they dont have and that people that love you ... Never been to CA like to see it, but I be dang if I want to live there especially if you are out there and see it that way...ummm man you will have a rude awakening and glad I wont be there to see you when you do wake up..Glad you like it. |

A lot of these answers were pretty harsh.
Okay, I have live in California all my life and I think it is a pretty great place to live, but it also has some flaws [what place doesn't.]
We have many celebrities living in California, so companies love to accommodate them so they can have good business.
Yes, we have pretty good weather. Yes, it's almost always sunny, and has great surf, but we don't get snow. Yes, we have earthquakes and wildfires, but at least we don't have hurricanes and blizzards.
California is a state, like any other state. No state is better or worst than another. California is a normal state that have different qualities than the other states.
GOD does NOT love California more...or less than anything else. He loves us all the same and doesn't favor anyone, any place, anything more than others. Just be blessed in a nice place that you love.
So leave it at that. California is not the best or worst state. God doesn't love or hate California more. And stop calling phuket223 an idiot and retard for thinking what he thinks. We all have different opinions and different experiences...that's what makes us unique. Just keep your harsh comments to yourselves, but you are entitled to freedom of speech and your own opinion. Stop bringing down others for their own opinion. |

and they live that way because of their hard work.
and also, the weather has nothing to do with god. its the weather conditions.

uuuhhh... yeah i guess. We love it here in Cali. We just settled in the right place and the right time. Its now known as Asian Land. hahaha. But the funny thing is, i thought the same way about Floridans. Everything Cali has, Florida copies. Hollywood, FL. OC, FL. all the theme parks. its a mini california for the east coast. I loved Orlando, and wanted to move there. I guess people who live in different areas just get tired of their homes and like other places, kinda like us where I live here in Cali and like florida and where you live in Flor and like Cali. Plus, god wouldn't be THAT mean. (thats not supposed to be offensive for some of the EXTREMELY religiuos people. I'm catholic |

What does this have to do about god? And I didn't realize choice in fast food was so important - but up here in the Seattle area we have all those same junk restaurants that you have there. There's also lots of things to do and plenty of wealthy people as well (not sure that's important, either) We also have something you don't - clean air. It's VERY polluted in Southern California! |
