Does it really never rain in southern California?

No, it actually does rain but no more then 10-20 times a year and mostly during winter.
It hails every few year and in the higher parts there is even snow. but fot the most part SoCal is seasonless and the only way to tell winter from summer is the average daytime temperture changes from 85 to 65(colder during the night especially in the desert).
Its the only reason I stay here (SoCal ppl are kinda mean and bitchy)

Just watch every news channel. They have "Storm Watch" every year. It's fricken HYSTERICAL!!! "Well bob, there seems to be some liquid falling from the sky. I know what you are going ask, and no, there isn't someone throwing out their dirty dish water. hahaha"

Most, but not all of Southern California is in the desert. So it has a very low rainfall average, but it does rain.
Some parts get more rainfall than others.
Southern California is a relatively large geographical area.

It rains, but very little. The people act like whenever it drizles that its a huge storm. They go out with rulers and talk about the 1/4 inch of rain they got...lol

FALSE- We get 14 inches of rain on average per year. We also get tornados and flooding on occasion (especially during an El Nino winter)

Its rainning now in Southern California,and sometimes in rains for a day or so and rains hard. And that is usually any time between Dec,Jan,Feb and March. When its not rainning,its sunny and warm in those months and the months to follow.........and then its hot and soo humid

It depends on the year. We can get as little as 3 or 4 inches and as much as 30, even more. It also depends on where you live. The mountains and foothills get more rain more often.
