Yes, but we're lucky to get one or two good snows each year.

Yes, it does. Kansas City gets more snow that most of the rest of the state because it borders Kansas. The snowfall varies from about 15" to 40" a year. Not much but it is a big deal in Missouri. We don't really like snow that much.

Yes we got nearly 20 inches of snow this past winter!! The snow stayed for 2 and almost 3 months!
