Nov to April depending on the year. I was there for the inauguration this weekend and it was 13 degrees. Gets so cold there.

LOL, you must not be from the US, yea it does snow in Washington, I believe its anywhere from November to March that they can get snow.

Yes, it's winter usually between November and December. There are some flurries in December, but most of the snow is in January/February.

Washington, DC does get snow. It can snow between the middle of October until April with most snow during January and February. You can see the chart in the below URL.

It can snow in DC anytime from October until April. Most of it between Jan.-Mar. It's snowing there today!

Yeah it does.
Probably between October and April. Usually it's just a light dusting, not usually a big dump. The streets are crazy busy when it shows though. So be careful and have fun!
