Does it take longer to boil water in kansas or colorado?

Kansas. In Colorado the elavation is higher, so the pressure is less. The less pressure the faster water will boil.

Longer in Kansas since the boiling point is higher than in Denver because of the LOWER altitude....

It simply depends on the altitude above sea level. If you are in Colorado and the altitude is lower than in Kansas, the water will boil sooner in Kansas. The higher the altitude, the lower is the atmospheric pressure, so the water will boil at a lower temperature the higher you climb.

interesting question. no idea. if i had to guess i would say the higher elevation might make it colder and take longer to boil in colorado but thats just a guess
