All wrong guys .There is no flat rate TO JFK only FROM JFK and it includes neither tips nor tolls [if applicable]

No. Typically a ride from Manhattan to JFK will cost $55-60 after paying tolls and tipping the driver

everytime i used a cab for the flat rate, it never was! so i stopped useing them and they never got a tip from me.
