Ketel One Up
Orlando - check out the great restaurants on Sand Lake Road (try samba room's happy hour for starters), get to Disney early if you go, dancing at Blue Martini is fun later at night on weekends.

Fort Lauderdale - Los Olas is a great part of town - stay on the beach (Marriott's Beach Place Towers) and you're 5 minutes by cab from Los Olas' restaurants and bars. Take the river cruise to watch the mansions, etc.

Miami / South Beach - If you've never been there, go, but go with your eyes wide open. The place changes at 11 PM, with the beachgoers gone and the rich kids taking over to party every night. Stay at the Renaissance Eden Roc, where you can quickly get to the heart of the action yet get a lot more room for your money. It's right on a nice piece of beach, has a great pool and bar, etc.

Keys - Islamorada. Stop and charter a boat before you fly through to the wildness of Key West. Go catch some fish for a day. It's amazing.

Key West - Party like it's the end of the world or just enjoy a good glass of wine while watching the sun set. The choice is yours, just don't miss some of the most amazing sunsets in the world.

is many options but Orlando like you think is the best place for start you can expend 2 days entirely in walt disney world.. then take to the keys but watch out with the cocodriles...... go to the space base Nasa very interesting enjoy a good coffe in miami beach but watch out for the crazy people there :-) easy you can fill a week ....so enjoy!

Oh my god - where to begin! I've just got back from 3 weeks in the sun and still felt that i haven't been everywhere.
I stayed in I-Drive, where they have untold amount of restaurants to satisfy any appetite. For breakfast-we went to ihop (international house of pancakes) and ponderosa. Lunch was mainly at the theme parks and for dinner, Pizza hut was two doors down, Bennigans at the top of the road but you cannot go there without being to Fridays (that's what we call TGI's) The food there was amazing - Sorry, what was we talking about? Ha!
Go to all four Disney parks. The main ones you need to go to are MGM ad Magic Kingdom but they are all as good as each other.
If you speak to the front desk at your hotel, they will be able to book a coach for you to get to Busch Gardens and if you go, Sheikra is a must! The ride is so bloody scary, you cannot scream as your heart is in your throat! Still went on it twice!
Seaworld is fantastic for any animal lovers especially the dolphine cove where you can feed them and the see the nursery. If you have the money and the time, go to Discovery Cove, where you can swim with the dolphins and go snorkelling with rays which is absolutley breathtaking. Not to mention Wet'n'Wild, a water theme park with untold rides to keep you occupied all day.
And last but not least, you HAVE to go Universal and Island of Adventures where the rides are fantastic and you never want to leave. And in the evening, you can go to Citywalk where they are clubs, bars and a multiplex where you can watch films that may not be in the UK for a few months (watched Night at the museum b4 it came out here). Unfortunatley, I dont know much about the keys but as you can see, i dont go anywhere else!
Well, I hope i have covered everything for you,Have a fantasic time and if you don't mind, i think i'll go and book another trip!

Spend a day or a few days at the Walt Disney World Resort. There's just nothing like it in the nation! I also recommend that you visit Kennedy Space Center, Universal's Islands of Adventure, Sea World, and the Boggy Creek Airboat Rides when you arrive in Orlando.
Once you head south, stop in Sarasota to see the most beautiful beach: Siesta Key. Siesta Key was named the Travel Channel's #2 beach (next to south beach in Miami) for its pure, soft white sand. I loved the cabana area, where they sell really good food, ice cream, and have showers all over. It really is a very very nice beach and my personal favorite for Florida!
Pack a ton of sunscreen and have a blast!

If you take 95 or US1 down to the Keys, take 528 from Orlando to the East Coast, but before you get to I95, take Hwy 407 (Challenger Memorial Pkwy) to Highway 405. Turn right on 405 to continue East to the Kennedy Space Center Visitors Center.

It's worth seeeing, and you'll still be close to US1 / I95 to continue your drive to the Keys.

in august the keys has lobster season and it is soooo fun, that or in the small town of St. Augustine you can see some historical monuments.[ an old fort, carousel, and more] That or you can check out all the hot things in Jacksonville... they have shows and museums there. or hey your never to old for Disney!
