Yes, I live there and I love it!!! maybe because I hate the winter. It's nice in here for the ones who like the temperature hot because it is always very hot and humid. Miami Beach is the best and there are a lot of places where you can go out and have fun. |

Lived there for 10 years--high school, college, and a few years after, in 3 different parts of the state, and travelled to most of the rest. Hated it, too hot, too humid, no change of seasons, too many bugs. I'm soooo glad to be up in the mountains of Va. |

yes,pretty much have seen all of Florida,from the panhandle(love the beaches,best white sand in Destin /Panama City) which is growing by leaps and bounds,although mainly only by the beaches,Alligator Point is still desolate ,as well as St George island,to Jacksonville , too sprawley for me,,to Miami,short visit to So Beach,was too wet and windy in October,although it was humid, to really get the feel of it.I could not beleive how close Miami is to Ft Lauderdale...Clearwater and Tampa I have not been to in years ,but seemed laid back years ago,probably still is...but has more city feel than panhandle areas. |
