I’ve two options of continuing my medical study at Northwestern or Baylor.

Northwestern is a great school and Chicago is the best city in the country. Yes, I am partial...the winters are no fun, but if you bundle up and drive carefully, the summers totally make it worth living there. My husband's best friend is in his 2nd year of Residency at Northwestern (internal medicine)... they attended UIC (University of Illinois at Chicago) for med school. I'm originally from Chicago. He makes it (really his wife) seem like the hours for his 1st year were murder, but they ALL say that...because they ARE. 2nd year is much better...where are you along the way?
Ironically, my husband is from Texas...but not Houston. Its just too hot down there, but Houston is also a very very nice city. I say go for Chicago though. There is no place like it on earth.
Best wishes to you!!! and Congratulations, Doc.
(we're at the Cleveland Clinic now, by the way...)

The second answerer went to Northwestern and still can`t spell.

Chicago, all the way! I am from the south and Houston is a great place. However, you want to be in a place where the newest and most up to date medical technologies and research are at. I heard the Northwestern was the best and not just for the Midwest or the Chicago area. I know that the Chicagoland has lots of great medical professionals and medical programs, some are the best in the nation and world.

choose which one is closer to home and which one is better, go to their websites

CHICAGO!!! i love this city
and NW is a really good school

Stupid Flanders
Both are great schools.
What is important to you? Totally different climates.

If you hate wind, cold and snow, you might not like Chicago.
If you hate humidity, Houston is not good.

Where do you live now? Do you want to be closer to "home"?

A lot of factors go into the decision.

GUNNSLINGER
Chicago..... Houston is the armpit of Texas
