it depends if this is your first visit... i usually stay 3-4nts. would not recommend more than that, unless you have deep pockets , or on a winning streak( what's that)... good luck |

i live there 7yrs and didnt see all i wanted to im moving back this week.... really it depends on what you are wanting to do or see three days you can do alot... i think it would be how much you want to spend to stay there longer |

3 days is enough. After that all the casinos start looking the same & you realize that each serves the same purpose...to take your money!
If your planning on coming during the summer, then you'll WANT to leave after 3 days. It gets extremely hot |

Las Vegas is one of the most amazing cities you'll never want to miss. Once you get in there, it's hard to get out. Lol!! You will love it there. OMG. So basically, to answer your question...long enough that you can spend the last penny, nickel, dime, quarter and dollar that you have. I always stay there for a wk. I would love to stay longer though. ;-). Just be sure you have enough money to head back home.
I would do the most important things done though, first...so you won't leave it out and miss it the last day of the trip. Don't forget to gamble as well. Lol.
Be sure to have sunscreen, and lots of water with you. It will be over 100 there during summer time. So take caution, and go out with water at hand. If you don't need to stay out for too long, don't. Heat can cause severe illness. Esp for the elderly.
Good luck n have fun! |

i would say that three day would be good, there is so much to see and do that you could spend two weeks and not see it all so why waste the extra money. |

I go to Vegas at least 3-4 times a year and stay most of the time for 2 nights. If your staying over a weekend and can extend for Sunday night you can stay in the swankier rooms of some hotels for cheaper. I d plan for two nights and if you haven't had enough of Vegas stay for a third. |

You can get a lot done in 2-3 days, but I found that the optimum is 5 days/4 or 5 nights. It's enough that you don't feel rushed and overwhelmed, but it's before you go broke and bonkers from all the action. |

4 days is good, depending on what you want to do. My family has taken the Sunday-Thursday tours to Vegas and found it was just the right amount of time. |

If it's your first trip, I would say no shorter than 3 full days. Just be sure to budget it out. 2 days will just leave you pissed off because you didn't get to see enough. |

If you have never been to Vegas and try to "do it" in 2-3 days, you will end up needing a vacation from your vacation! If you spend 3 days walking around in the heat then partying all night with only 3 hours sleep (the normal Vegas routine,) you will be near dead at the end of it! Sure you will have a hell of a time but you definitely wont feel like you just had a relaxing vacation.
My suggestion... Stay as long as you can and try to pace yourself. Drink a ton of water, bring comfortable shoes and try to get as much sleep as you can even if it means taking short naps during the day. Have a great trip! |

To me two nights in Vegas is enough, three nights is too long and longer you stay, more money being spent. lol |

I have been to Vegas Twice. Both times 4 days and 3 nights. That is enough time to see all the major hotels on the strip and other Sites on the strip. Unless you plan on doing a lot of gambling then I think that is a perfect amount of time. Your probably going to relax at the pool during the day and do some sighting around the strip and maybe go to Old Vegas. At night your going to party and gamble. Just remember that you more then likely won't sleep that much since if this your first time in Vegas, your probably going to be out all night. Drinking and Gambling. |

Visitor 2-3 days if fine.
But if you want to move here forever, like I did.
Do not gamble and will not gamble.
Tolerance.
Love the cheap food, excitement and where I am this place is paradise. Never had to wear a winter coat last season.
But I am focused.
What would you do is the draw to live here or come for a brief visit. |

2 nights are common, but if it's your first time, then 3 nights is good. Anything over 3 nights, i usually get bored and wanted to go home after the 3rd night. |

Three days is fine, or until you run out of money |

I like to limit myself to 3-4 days on each trip You can't do everything in Vegas on that short a Trip but Gambling as intensely as I do wears me down in 4 days. That is why I have been back so often |
