Yes, prostitution is illegal IN L.V. Some years ago a friend and I drove out to the desert to Madam Butterflies. Out of the county L.V. is in. A hand job was 250 and it went up from there. 5 to 10 years if you get caught with one in vegas as it is not legal for that in clark county or washoe county for that matter but it is everywhere else in nevada
