Being that the vast majority of Californians are from some place else, I would say that they are just the same as some place else.

We are all happy that we live in a perfect climate with little of no humidity. We are all glad that we have choices as to the type of climate we want as California is full of micro climates. We have the beaches, that is where I live, the valleys, mountains, deserts. We can duplicate nearly every climate.

California is a melting pot of people from all walks of live, different places, cultures and customs. It is fascinating, it is dynamic and it is crowded! LOL We have lots of traffic and most people are in love with their car! LOL

In California, emphasis is on youth. There are lots of good looking people here and being health conscious is par for course.

We are very tolerant people. We are very accepting people, thus we have attracted many different types of people.

Great differences though in Northern California and Southern California. Some think that there should be two states.

While it is hard to generalize, I cannot imagine living anywhere else.

well what can i say we are all awesome for the most part. its so diverse specially here in LA life is fun!

For the most part great. I grew up in LA and it's very diverse and you meet all types of people. Then you have the bad scary areas of LA that are not so great. Now I live in OC and it's much more mellow and less populated and polluted. Just as diverse but I feel doesn't have as much character. People are nice and friendly. Actually most of the time I come across rude people are on the freeways! People are crazy drivers here.

Depends on who you are comparing & where in CA. I am in OC and we like most everyone. We are cautious but friendly. We are WAY into ourselves & if you are interested in me then I like you. Quick thinking, quick witted, quick driving....just quick. We want to be the first one to the red light & the first in line at Ticketmaster. The beach is our second home if not our first & we love our animals!

i depends on where you go. i'm from california and i would say that a lot, if not most of them, are cool.

depend of where you are....i live in coto de caza(near the oc)...and ppl we all live in big houses...alot of women in coto get breast implants...rich ppl live there but we are not brat really friendly...so...my mom does major real estate there(sale big houses)...so i like coto...if you ever watch the housewives of orange county...my mom is in...her name is Jeana Keough....so....so depends wat u think bout ppl...to me...it is great!!

depends where you are in california. im from los angeles county and ppl are good. just know that everywhere you go in this world there are gonna be good ppl and bad ppl in every place. it jus all depends on your point of view.

Well, you can keep San Franfreako. The town id flooded with bums and homeless people. I don't know what the hect that mayor is doing in office. He certainly is not doing ANYTHING about the problem.

I find when in California, people are much nicer than here on the East coast.

I grew up in Riverside Ca, which is southern Ca. Everone has road rage!!! Rude!!! They are all mad at the world because they have to drive thoses freeways!!!! & Have to live in that smog!!! I lived there 30 yrs. I thank god that I am out of there!!!!

well, i don't know about all of california, but i do know that in san diego, not very friendly.
half of them won't look or speak to you. the other half you are afraid you are going to look at the wrong way. there are a lot of homeless, crazy people all over.
i will tell you one thing for sure, california is nothing like what i pictured it. big disappointment.
the weather sure is nice though.
