If you really want to go then just swallow your guts and go. Take a deep breath and just go on it. Once you get on there's no turning back =P. I actually went on it a few days ago at California Adventures. I was scared out of my wits. But once I got on it I knew that I couldn't turn back, so I just held my breathe until it was over. It was sooo fun. I wanted to go on it a 2nd time but my brother's girlfriend didn't want to. Trust me, it's really fun after it's over. You'll want to go on it again. Good luck and have fun! Don't think too much about it. Oh yeah, screaming helps ALOT. For me, anyway. I screamed during the whole ride and it made me feel a lot better. |

Best Ride Ever! No Kidding! It looks scary but it kind of makes your heart race and skip a few beats but in the end it is soooo worth it. Just give it a try once and you will love it too. |

my son used to be afraid of roller coasters. I told him that the worse part is waiting in line! The ride itself is over in less than a minute. Try to ignore the sounds while you are waiting in line, and before you know it is your turn. If you are still scared, hold on tight and close your eyes. it will be over soon.

facing your fears is the best bet. if you do other coasters tower of terror isnt bad. the one in disney is awesome. first time i went i was afraid of coasters and my friend said you ARE doing this. needless to say it is now one of my faves. :) |

I love Walt Disney World so much, but the Tower of Terror still terrifies me. Sometimes I go on it... and sometimes I really can't build up the courage. It's not that bad, though. It's just everything that leads up to the ride. They give you so much time to think about it and think about how scary it's going to be, and then by the time you get to the elevator you just want to turn around. Just go on the ride. I mean, get in line and wait it out, and if you're really too scared to go on, they have a last minute exit near the elevators and they'll escort you out. It's But it's really not that bad. It's just the first drop - feels like going down a big hill on a roller coaster - and then it goes back up and the other drops are just fun, smaller ones.
Give it a try if you can! At least wait in the line, and at the last minute, if you don't want to ride, they'll let you out. It's really great ride, though. Just be brave. Remember, it's only a ride.
