Create your intinerary and touring plans. You will have a much better trip if you have good plans. If you don't like to plan on your own, hire a service to do your planning for you. We used Custom Mouse Plans and they were great! I loved getting email from them in the time leading up to the trip because it was always something new about the trip. They created this great picture intinerary that we hung on the fridge and looked at each night. Their touring plans were great and full of fun details, so we loved reading through them as we got closer to the trip! |

Hahah ok, how about you:
~Start saving money (if you already havent)
~Plan out what you want to do everyday at disney (meaning, which parks you want to go to)
~Make a list of rides you HAVE to go on!!
~Start walking for 30-60 mins everyday until your trip (this way, you wont be so tired from all the walking when your in Disney!!)
~ Plan out what you want to bring and wear everyday! When I went to disney, I planned out what I was going to wear everyday so I didn't have to decide and pick each morning and take forever lol
~Make sure you bring your phone, money, camera and advil/aleve (when your feet start hurting lol)
Hope this helps! |

I remember when i was told i was going to disney for the first time! I was so excited but i had to wait 3 months. Here are some things i did to pass the time :)
~ Make lots of count downs :)
i made a count down out of paperclips, i made a chain of paperclips one for every day left until we leave every day you take one off.
make lists of everything you want to bring like what your going to bring in the car , into the airport and on the airplane.
~my favorite thing to do was go shopping
i shoped for books to read, clothes for the hot weather, hats, shoes, sunglasses.
i also researched it alot. i was all ways on the disney world website looking at our resort all the rides and everything else you can do there.
i also went onto youtube allot and typed in disney world , disney world vacation, the resort i was staying at , restaurants and rides.
~ and last put not least..... packing!
i had so much fun packing, making sure i had everything needed to have a great time
I hope you have so much fun in disney i no i did and a i hope i helped :) |

Use the time to plan. I will be visiting Disney at the end of october also, its not my first time but since I have so much time I am using it to find good deals on everything. So far we got the plane tickets and hotel for a great price thanks to the things I found on the internet. Now I am searching for good deals on park tickets and food deals. Must see restaurants etc... Good Luck and have a blast. |

Start planning what you want to do and what attractions you want to see. The better you plan the trip the more you'll get out of it. You can go to the disney site and they'll send you a free vacation dvd which shows you a bit about everything. Plan, Plan, Plan and you'll do less roaming around and hitting more attractions. |

If you are going to be dining at any of the Disney restaurants, then you need to make reservations! I tend to fill my time with planning and reading everything I can. Head to disboards.com for the most active on-line community of Disney fanatics and read up. You'll get lots of good tips.
I also ordered the free maps from the Disney web site. They are really nice maps (not very useful for your trip, but fun to create.)
Watch Disney vacation DVD (you can order one for free on the Disney web site.) Getting on their mailing list may get you a discount, too. |

Go to the Disney web sites and start planning out your days. What you'll be doing, which shows you want to see, where you want to eat(make reservations). You get to see and do more on a schedule rather than just wandering around all day.HAVE FUN!!! |
