Actually this is the true. A study was made and Atlanta ranked 4th after LA, San Francisco and Washigton. Interesting enough, NY was not even in the first 10. Houston, Dallas, Chicago and Detroit were 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th respectively. |

I live in the Atlanta area too and although Atlanta does have alot of traffic, the traffic shows me that Atlanta is growing. |

SO ******* TRUE!!!!! Many of the drivers are so much in a hurry to reach their destinations that they don't let the pedestrians have the right of way! Plus, at many red lights, many drivers stop in the middle of the ******* crosswalk, which results in pedestrians walking in front of their cars and being most likely hit by cars making a left turn! ******* bastards! |

Agreed. Atlanta has horrendous traffic - 285 is a parking lot 90% of the time. Although I recently moved back to ATL from Chicago and the traffic up there sucks too. So maybe its just all the major cities have traffic. Thats why I love back roads :) |

I don't live in Atlanta, Ga.; but, have been through Atlanta on I-75 and on the By-pass and of some of the other larger cities from Georgia to Indiana; I'd have to say, that you have some of the worst traffic in the U.S. in the cities that I have traveled. |
