Ok all those other Answers were really mean. Seriously you guys, when are you gonna yank out that stick? All She wants is some ideas convincing her parents. goshhh. Disney is having a Buy 4 nights get 3 Free Deal. It can be booked through January 24th. It CAN be used for familes of 5. You can ask to go during Spring Break. To Save Money, Ask for one of the value resorts, like one of The All Star Resorts or The Pop Century Resort. You can make a "Disney World Funds" Jar and Ask your family to put any loose change into it. you can get a job like babysitting and put money in the jar when you get paid. I am going in February with my boyfriend and his mom, bro, sis, and her boyfriend. =) ... but we are all adults and paying for everything with our own money from working. I am having to buy my plane ticket and put in $300 for hotel, park passes, and dining plan.. which seems pretty cheap actually.. but that is $300 for JUST ME. Think about it.. your parents would need that for all 5 of you... $300 x 5= $,1500... then planes tickets for all of you. You might not realise how much it costs.

Someday when you are grown up and working, you can save and go when you want.

instead of paying for that, use half of the money you would've used and give it to someone who really needs it

edit: i think its actually kind of heartless to be pestering your parents about this especially if its tough times for them, i should talk but disney world is really expensive and if they can't afford it now they can't and thats completely understandable
you could probably build a hospital in africa with 1/4 of the money you would spend on disney world

I'm not sure what you are asking but it says you live in Orlando, which means your only minutes away. I'm sure you and your family have been many times. Ask your parents if you can do chores around the house to save up money for admission and food. But if you are saying you want to go without parents then good luck there. Maybe if your brother is a mature 15 year old then your parents may reconsider. Show your parents that u can be mature and watch out for your little brother. You and your older brother can do chores like washing cars, washing clothes, taking out trash, washing dishes. Do you have clothes or anything you can sell on Craig's List? Do you have any neighbors that need a dog walker or a dog sitter? Babysitting? Neighbors that need there grass cut, pool cleaned, flower watered? Post something at your local grocery store that you can do all those things. Maybe your parents will reconsider. Good Luck

Ok I just re read your question. If you don't live in Orlando and you have to fly there, that's VERY VERY expensive for hotel stay, Plane tickets, food, park admission, etc. For a family of 5 that ALL adds up to thousands of dollars. I'm sure your parents would LOVE to take you but they probably can't afford it right now. It was just Christmas. Just concider yourself lucky that you got to go already. Most kids never get to go. Wait till income tax returns. Then ask again.

Yeah, I don't really see what your question is. No one is going to send you money to go.

If you want to go so bad, then get off your butt and start doing some fundraisers or something because NO ONE will just GIVE you the money.

A Walt Disney World vacation can be expensive and you may not be fully aware of all the financial constraints that may limit your parents' ability to bring the family down for another visit. If they truly cannot afford such a vacation, telling them how badly you wish to go will serve only to add to their financial stress.

Some families opt to camp at Fort Wilderness, and there are very affordable hotel options throughout Orlando and Kissimmee. Mousesavers.com is a good site offering information about discounts available. In this rough economy, Disney is offering some attractive deals because they are aware that family budgets are tight.

Perhaps you and your siblings could learn more about the costs of such a vacation. You may be able to earn some money cutting lawns or babysitting. You might help your parents cut costs at home and inform them about deals available at WDW. Perhaps there are other areas where you could sacrifice to help free up Disney funds?

okay. well it's gonna cost you about 1000 a person. that's pretty pricey for this bad economy.

Maybe give your parents a break and ask to go camping instead, it's a hell of a lot cheaper, and it's fun. With luck maybe your brother will get eatten by a wolf or your dad will catch your dinner on fire.

I know for me, the best vacations were when we went camping as a family. It's fun, beautiful, and you get to play with FIRE! haha. my dad was good with the outdoors, and taught us how to build proper fires, and keep our food out the reach of the bears. you can go swimming in the lakes and streams, or even rent a boat and wakeboard. In my opinion this would be so much cooler than disney world...I went there a couple times as a kid and the lines were too long, the rides were too short, and it was HOT! It's really hot in florida.

I feel for you. I'm a big Disney fan, and I'd go to Disneyland 3 times a year if I could afford it.
But I can't. I have a mortgage and a lot of credit card debt. As an adult, I have a few more options, like working overtime and saving that money, or choosing to go further into debt, which I don't, because I've decided to act responsibly.
As a child, your options are limited. You rely on the adults to make good decisions. Let them know how much you would like to go, but don't bug them. Ask if there is anything you can do to help make it happen. I don't know what your financial resources are, but certainly save what money you can to help. If they aren't going to be able to take you, you can take yourself as an 18th birthday present if you start saving now! You'll have to get a job when you are old enough, of course. But it's a great goal.

Think about starting to babysit and asking your older brother to get a part-time job. You can also sell old things on Ebay then you don't use or want anymore to get some extra money.

As for the cheaptest vacation possible. Buy plan tickets way ahead of time, Jetblue.com always has good deals to and from Orlando. Stay at a value resort on Disney property (All star music, sports or movies or Pop Century) Use the free Magical Express service which takes you to and from the airport. They also move your luggage for free. Go during a slow time such as the end of January, end of September or right after Thanksgiving break and before Christmas break. Bring snacks from home and breakfasty items that don't need a fridge (granola bars, etc.) so you save money on food. Breakfast is expensive in Disney World. This way you only have to pay for two meals a day versus 3.

One way your parents can save money is to look into renting a time share from an owner to save money. You can find them at www.redweek.com and at http://www.timeshareownerscommunity.com/ You can also put a free ad on http://www.timeshareownerscommunity.com/ with the dates you are looking to rent a timeshare. It's cheaper to rent from owners as they usually just want to cover their annual fee. The advantage is that you have more space and a kitchen that saves you a lot of money on food. You and your brothers could offer to cook meals, set the table and clean up so that your parents don't have to pay to take everyone out for meals, which is very expensive. That could be a way you contribute to saving money.

Try and convince your parents to take you or something. I mean are you saying that it's too expensive to go? In that case, you might want to talk to your parents and see what they say.
