Since my wife & I live in a motor home, we live in any state we wish, except Hawaii, there isn't a bridge so we can't drive there. We have "Lived" in 46 states in the last 3 years. By far Alaska is the best, except in the winter, then Floridas got them all beat.
We do call Florida, home of the National Champions, the Gators, our state of residence. Since you have to be from somewhere, that's where we're from. It's great, we pay less than $100 taxes, plates for the motor home and car. The only other taxes we pay are fuel and sales tax. You can't beat that.
Unlike other Floridians who board up and pray when a hurricane is coming, we just drive North and West, where hurricanes don't go. |
