Austin, for it's vibrant, active music scene and because it is the most liberal place in Texas. |

Somewhere in the Hill Country definitely. It's so beautiful up there. Fredericksburg and surrounding areas are really cute. Then again, I do love living 3 blocks from the beach right now, so that would have to be a consideration too. |

I wouldn't choose Texas at all, but if I had to choose I guess it would be either Dallas or Austin. |

Austin...hands down. That city ROCKS! It's got a great music scene, a major university, beautiful scenery, great restaurants, tons of stuff to do. On top of all that, it's a pretty liberal place...very hard to find in Texas. The only drawback is the traffic. But the city is awesome! |

I live between Houston and San Antonio now, but it's a little too small for me. The people are nice, but nosy. I would like a town a bit bigger where everyone doesn't know every last detail of your life. It would have to be close to Austin, because we go there alot! I would move back to Austin if I were single with no kids, but that's not the case. I love Austin and miss it dearly. I guess Bastrop would due. |

Bleiblerville...I'm not kidding,it's a real quaint little town near Brenham. And the best part would be telling people where you live. You just can't say Bleiblerville without giggling. |

Austin? Cosmopolitan? I think someone need to look up the definition. I think she means "liberal."
After decades of living in Houston (25 of 31 years since moving to Texas) and San Antonio (3 years), I'd like to move to someplace a bit smaller. While I love access to pretty much anything I'd ever want or need, when you hit my age you start to look to slow things down a bit. I wouldn't mind living up in the College Station area (although it is growing there by leaps and bounds), or Conroe area. Unfortunately my offices are in Stafford, so neither relocation would be more than a dream until I retire in 20 years. |
