Well, if you want theme parks...take your pick... You've got Disneyland (but that's OC, only about 40 mins from LA), Universal Studios, Six Flags Magic Mountain... There's also the Santa Monica peir. Santa Monica beach is kinda dirty for swimming, but there are lots of fun areas to shop and hang out. There's also freaky Venice Beach nearby.
Then there's Hollywood Blvd., Sunset Blvd., 3rd Street Prominade, Old town Pasadena... |

I can't tell you what to do in LA, but I can tell you that the coastline between South and Central California is some of the most beautiful in the world. If you have time to take a couple of days driving up the coast, you won't be sorry. |

awesome! california rocks-i live there! make sure you check out sea world, hollywood, and laguna beach is a pretty good beach. |

the hollywood tours look fun. i always see them there but never been on one. the closest beach is venice beach or the santa monica beach |

i live in the oc its pretty nice here
just visit all the beaches if you like that and you can go shopping i guess but im a guy so i dont enjoy that |

I'm more familiar with Orange County beaches, like Newport, Huntington, Seal beach. Ya can't miss with those beaches. From LA, you might be closer to Santa Monica, Venice, Redondo or Manhattan? I am not familiar with those, however, all Southern Cal beaches have to be outstanding. |

When you are in Los Angeles, avoid gangs at all costs. Don't be afraid of every Latino and Black person. Just check for anyone dressed and acting like a gang member. Be safe.

DEFINATELY YOU WANT TO DO A HOLLYWOOD STARS HOUSE TOUR... THEN GO TO UNIVERSAL AND TAKE THE BACKLOT TOUR...IF YOU HAPPEN TO FIND YOURSLEF IN HOLLYWOOD HIT UP AS MANY CLUBS AS YOU CAN... AS FAR AS BEACHES GO NEWPORT, HUNTINGTON AND LAGUNA ARE MY FAVS BUT I'M A BIT PARTIAL TO THE OC BEACHES THATS WHERE I GREW GOING TO. VENICE IS COOL IF YOU WANT TO HANG OUT WITH GANG MEMBERS AND CRACK HEADS. |
