well, if you want to be involved in a drive-by shooting or with gang activity or drugs, then by all means, go to Compton! That is one of several places in the LA area you want to stay away from! |

Thats funny! Compton is a ghetto, its a dangerous place. Lots of crime, drugs, murders, drive-by shootings, prostitution, arrests, and known for its Gang activity!!! I think whomever recommended Compton to you was pulling your leg! If your going to go to the LA area, Compton would be one of the last places you would want to visit, unless that is of course you fancy those kind of things! |

The people that have recommended Compton to you are not your friends. It looks like Dylan's post was reported, because I didn't see it. I'm guessing that he thought your question was sarcastic or a joke, since Compton is an area we generally recommend people stay AWAY from. It has the reputation of being the most notorius part of SoCal.
Sorry if he went off, but Compton is really not the place to go. |

You should try booking your vacation a few miles west in Manhattan, Hermosa, or Redondo Beaches. There's more to do in the beach cities and you'll feel safer. |
